Submit Your Artwork

Thank you for your interest in Galeria 1084. We are currently accepting artist submissions and art workshop proposals. Please read the following closely before responding.

Guest Artist:

This exhibit would be to display your artworks in our physically gallery. The art would be on consignment - meaning the artist is paid when an artwork sells. The gallery will promote your work via our email list and social media channels, and we also promote the gallery through magazine and roadside advertising, partner business referrals and gallery opening events. Artists receive 60% of the retail sales price for any sold art, and the gallery retains 40%.

Art Class/Workshop:

For artists who have a skill or technique to share, the gallery is sponsoring a monthly workshop that would take place over 3-4 hours on a Saturday. The idea is for participants to leave with a piece of art they created. You would be responsible for supplying all of the materials but the gallery will cover 50% of the cost of those materials. The artist would receive 60% of the class fees and the gallery would retain 40%.

Virtual Gallery:

This is an ongoing online exhibit. Your art and biography will be featured on our website and promoted to our growing email and social media following. There is no cost to display on our virtual gallery. If a prospective buyer wishes to buy your art, you would bring it to the gallery in person for us to present to the buyer. If you are not in the Uvita area, the art would be shipped at the buyer’s expense. The artist will be paid once the art has been delivered to the buyer and the buyer has approved the work. For any art sold, the artist will receive 70% and the gallery retains 30%.
