Shipping Policy for Galeria 1084:

1. **International Shipping:** Galeria 1084 offers international shipping services. Buyers are responsible for covering the full shipping costs associated with their purchase.

2. **Credit Card on File:** Upon purchase, buyers are required to keep a valid credit card on file. This ensures prompt payment for shipping charges and any additional services.

3. **Order Verification:** Before shipping, Galeria 1084 will contact the buyer to verify and confirm the order details and final price, including shipping costs.

4. **Damage Disclaimer:** Galeria 1084 is not liable for any damages incurred during shipping. Buyers accept responsibility for the condition of the artwork upon delivery. Galeria 1084 will package said art with the absolute best care possible before shipment takes place. 

5. **Optional Insurance:** Buyers have the option to purchase additional insurance for their shipment. The cost of insurance will be borne by the buyer.

6. **Release of Responsibility:** Once the artwork is purchased and shipped, Galeria 1084 relinquishes responsibility for the art piece. Buyers understand and agree that Galeria 1084 is no longer accountable for the artwork once it has been shipped. ie:delays in shipping / customs delays etc.

7. **Assistance with Claims:** Galeria 1084 will assist buyers in filing claims for damaged or lost shipments to the best of its ability. However, Galeria 1084 is not responsible for any compensation or reimbursement resulting from such claims.

8. **Shipping Delays and Customs:** Galeria 1084 is not responsible for delays in shipping or customs clearance processes. Buyers acknowledge that these factors may impact the delivery timeline. Once shipped from Galeria 1084 it is out of our control and we are no longer liable for said shipment.

9. **All Sales Final:** All sales made through Galeria 1084 are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, unless otherwise noted in writing by said artist.
