Pamela is an experienced teacher from the US living part time in Ojochal.  Pamela began her exploration of art mediums by painting on silk to make a tallit, a ritual prayer shawl, for her daughter.  She expanded her skills in fiber arts by experimenting with numerous dying and painting techniques for fabric.

Pamela’s most recent passion is multi-media mosaics. To create her designs, she cuts intricate pieces of glass and puzzles them together to create vibrant, fluid images.  Her favorite inspiration is birds! When she is here in Costa Rica, she frequents Playa Dominicalito to collect small pieces of nature like shells, seed pods and driftwood to incorporate in her unique art.
