Carved Tortuga

The turtles are protected along the Pacific shore in Costa Rica and it is a treat to be able to see them hatch.  The southern coast line of Jaco down through Ojochal are great places for tourists hoping to see them hatching at certain times of the year.  In the Uvita and Ojochal area we even have a beach named for them!  Tortuga of course.  15.5″ x 15.5″.
